Protection of personal data
1. The Personal Information Manager
The Personal Information Manager at www.kkroudnice.cz is the Canoe Club Roudnice nad Labem, z.s., Náplavní 303, 413 01 Roudnice nad Labem, ID: 00524719, email: kanoe@kkroudnice.cz (hereinafter referred to as Administrator). We process your personal information as the sole Administrator and we do not treat it with you. It serves only for the recording of sporting events (training, leisure activities, accommodation, etc.) within the sports complex of the Club Kanoistika Roudnice nad Labem.
2. Data processing
For reasons of reservation of the training on the artificial slalom race (hereinafter referred to as USD) and the accommodation, we process the following data: Name, Surname, Phone, Email and Section. These data will be processed by the administrator and stored in the internal database for the necessary time.
3. Data usage
The data will be used to verify the reservation or to clarify discrepancies within the reservation, whether for renting the USD or renting accommodation within the Roudnice nad Labem Club of Sports Club. Contact details - Name, Section will be published on the website www.kkroudnice.cz/en/rozpis-treninku pro for better orientation within training units. In rare cases (organized training before major sporting events), a list of training reservations can be printed and posted at the Roudnice nad Labem Canoeing Club sports complex.
3. Agree to processing
By ticking the conditions, you agree to the above processing. Provision of personal data is voluntary. You can accept consent at any time, for example by sending an email or a letter to the contact details of kanoe@kkroudnice.cz
4. According to the Regulation, you have the right:
- to accept consent at any time,
- ask us for information about how we process your personal data,
- request an update or correction on the basis of the evidence referred to in point 4a
- require processing restrictions,
- request the deletion of such personal data.
